Welcome to meta4

Meta4 is a vocal rhythm & blues group, dedicated to transforming song into spirit. Our name denotes our belief that through the vehicle of shared soulful singing, we blend our differences, strengths and inner lives into harmony, joy and invitation. Meta4 comes from the idea of the metaphor of singing out into the world what the soul yearns for, and that the four of us together work with and generate metta, the Buddhist idea of loving kindness.
